Kristin Borello
Operations Director Advanced Certified Pet Care Technician Certified in Pet CPR and First Aid
Kristin has been a part of the doggie daycare industry for over ten years and has worked at Camp since opening its doors in 2003. Kristin first started with Camp K-9 of Marin as a camp counselor and worked her way up the ranks and is now one of the Directors. Now in charge of Operations and managing the staff. Given the many years she has been working with us she has become a great asset to Camp.
Kristin graduated from The California College of Arts in 2006 with a BFA in photography. Kristin is co-founder of Dogs at Heart Art, a fun project capturing the campers at play. It incorporates her two favorite activities, dog play and photography. She also loves creating and is very crafty.
In her spare time Kristin enjoys her own dog pal, Cash, a ridgeback mix and their new addition, Bianca, a French bulldog. Together they like to go to the beach and hiking adventures. Cash and Bianca adore Camp K-9 of Marin and playing with the many campers. In the future, Kristin hopes to learn more about dog psychology and their non-verbal communications. She is also interested in learning about pack dynamics and how that can relate into human homes.
